Delivery & Returns

Manta Hair®


You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by registered mail and couriers. Manta is not responsible for delays caused by these services.

Deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd Class service and should arrive approximately 4 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us.

All orders going outside of the UK are sent using a tracked or signed service. These services aim to deliver to Europe within
3-5 working days (Monday-Friday), and worldwide within 5-7 working days

You can track your order using the tracking number given in the dispatch email. There is a £5.95 delivery charge on all international orders.


Only items purchased on the Manta hairbrush website, can be returned for refund or exchange. Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending items back to Mantahair. In all cases, original proof of purchasemust be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt to Manta Hair, to process any refund or exchange.
