INGREDIENTS
Open egg sandwich with sauerkraut
1 slice of rye bread
1 tbsp sauerkraut
1-2 eggs
Chilli flakes or a little bit of harissa paste
Open egg sandwich with ago mash and cherry tomatoes
1 slice of rye bread
1/2 avocado, mashed
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1-2 eggs
A drizzle of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
